About
Giclee printing
Giclee
fine art reproduction has fast become the
modern
high-tech way of reproducing fine art. With
archival quality output, ready for the Artist
to sign creating a limited edition run.
The
original artwork is reproduced by the mediums
of Photography and high resolution scanning,
and then colour corrected to match the original,
with the aid of a proof on the finished print
stock, for the artist’s approval.
Digital artwork can similarly be reproduced.
The finished
print can then be output in stunning clarity
on to ArtistCanvas, HahnemühlePhoto Rag, Hahnemühle William Turner Rag or Somerset Velvet,
to print one single copy or as many copies
to suit
your
limited
edition
run. The digital images are then stored for
future output at your convenience, the idea
being to output the final print on demand.
Canvas can also be supplied
stretched round hand made stretcher bars.
Eyes Wide can photograph artworks in our
studio or on location. The artworks
can also be reproduced
for the use of short run litho or digital
print. The chosen artworks can be printed
as postcards,
Christmas cards, invitations, for publications, or even on your very own designer deckchair.
